🐾 Rottweiler Breeding Partner Program — Information Pack

We are offering a select number of Rottweiler puppies under a Breeding Partner Arrangement, designed to benefit responsible pet owners while advancing our ethical, pure bred-based breeding program. Under this program, buyers receive one of our top-quality Rottweiler puppies at a reduced cost or no upfront fee, in exchange for allowing us exclusive breeding rights during the dog’s prime breeding years.

This arrangement is suitable for those who would like to join us in maintaining the integrity and longevity of our breeding program. 

• Receive a high-quality, pedigree Rottweiler puppy with no or reduced purchase cost.
   
• Ongoing mentorship, training and support from the breeder.
   
• Free veterinary and reproductive care during breeding periods.
   
• Remain the dog’s primary caregiver and enjoy all the benefits of pet ownership.

For the Breeder:

• Retain exclusive breeding rights for the duration of the agreement.
   
• Access to the dog at specific times for health testing, mating, and whelping (if female).
   
• Ensure optimal conditions for our dogs in a loving home environment.

• Exclusive Breeding Rights: The breeder has sole authority to determine mating partners, schedule breeding, and arrange veterinary appointments related to reproduction.
   
• Puppy Placement Rights: All litters born from this arrangement remain the property of the breeder.
   
•  After a set number of litters (usually 2–3 for females or up to 6 years of age for males).

• Relocation/Resale Restrictions: The dog cannot be sold, rehomed, or given away b without the breeder’s express, written consent.
   
• Return Clause: The dog must be returned to the breeder if you can no longer care for it.

To be eligible, prospective families must:

• Be located within a reasonable travel distance from the breeder (typically within 2 hours).
   
• Provide a stable, loving, and secure home environment.
   
• Commit to maintaining health, nutrition, and exercise standards.
   
• Allow the breeder access to the dog for breeding-related activities.
   
• Not desex the dog until authorised in writing by the breeder.
   
• Be willing to collaborate respectfully on scheduling and communication.

• Duration and scope of the breeding rights
   
• Terms for accessing the dog during stud/whelping periods
   
• Veterinary and welfare responsibilities
   
• Desexing and retirement terms
   
• Termination conditions (e.g. breach of agreement)

• Typically required for short periods to service females at the breeder’s premises or veterinary clinic.
   
• Minimal disruption to daily life.
   
• Used for stud duties up to a pre-agreed age or sperm collection quota.

• May need to return to the breeder for a period during mating, pregnancy, and whelping (usually 8–10 weeks).
   
• Litters are raised by the breeder in a controlled environment.
   
• Limited number of litters (2 litters) to preserve the health and wellbeing of the dog.

2. Attend a Phone interview.
    
3. Review and sign the Breeding Partner Agreement.
    
4. Prepare your home for your puppy’s arrival.
